In 1995 he obtained the specialisation in Project Management at the LUISS University of Rome and in 1997 the specialisation in Project Financing. Since 2011 he has been a Member of the Superior Council of Public Works as an expert, pursuant to Art. 6, paragraph 2c, of Presidential Decree 204/2006.
