CONGRESS CENTER AND SERVICE CENTER SUBFOR AND EXHIBITION-FAIR COMPLEX

Lot 1: Reconstruction with the conversion of existing structures intended for production purposes, for their subsequent use to expand the activities of the Congress Center and the SUBFOR Center;

Lot 2: Improvement and strengthening of the coastal embankment;

Lot 3: Equipping the exhibition area.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • The SUBFOR center occupies an area of about 23,000 sqm;
  • The exhibition area covers an area of 10,825 sqm, of which 4,600 sqm occupies a covered area;
  • The Exhibition Centre main building is on two levels with usable area of 5,725 sqm and a volume of 25,000 cbm consists of metal structures of modular type, which can be easily installed.
