The idea
The project has included the realization of a Logistics Park in Bangkok Free Trade Zone, in two different layouts.
The Logistics Park covers an area of 524,000 sqm.
The services
The following services have been foreseen:
6 warehouses, covering 8,700 sqm each; total warehousing facility area: 52,400 sqm;
3 refrigerated warehouses covering 8,700 sqm each – total area 26,200 sqm;
3 warehouses for distribution services covering 8,700 sqm each – total area 26,200 sqm;
4 warehouses for processing activities covering 2,700 sqm each – total area 10,800 sqm;
6 warehouses for packaging activities covering 4,300 sqm each – total area 25,800 sqm;
Exhibition Center and Offices for 11,000 sqm;
Street furniture.
