FIDIC Contract “Design Build and Turnkey” dated 08.05.2000 for the design and construction works carried out by SJS Buildings Ltd.
As part of the development project of the container terminal at the Multi-Purpose Pier of the Port of Taranto, in addition to maritime works and the functional organization of the areas, the project included architectural, structural, and system development of various buildings, including the design and new construction of the Control Tower for the Container Terminal.
The service also included surveys and preliminary investigations during the design phase, carried out in various stages: from preliminary to executive, up to construction, supervised by the project management and site management team. Furthermore, the project included:
- 3 office and service buildings (renovation);
- Premises of the Border Inspection Agency (renovation).
