Construction Supervision, Progress Control, and Operational Support
We provide construction supervision services for complex projects in both national and international contexts, with an integrated approach that ensures constant support to the Contractor’s technical teams through a dedicated Backstopping Office.
Our activities include coordination and technical supervision of works, ensuring compliance with time, cost, and quality targets; structured reporting on work progress (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports); high-definition photo and video documentation, including aerial footage; advanced planning and monitoring through WBS (Work Breakdown Structure); cash flow management and control, with financial resource analysis and identification of economic risks; support in claims negotiation and assistance in dispute resolution, including in international contexts (FIDIC contracts); assistance with technical and administrative testing at project completion; coordination of health and safety risk audits in compliance with Legislative Decree 81/08.
