Site supervision
Site Supervision of works, even complex, both national and international – Continuous support to the technical structures of the Company (Backstopping Office) – Video and photos from the top of the works – Forms and Models (daily reports, weekly reports, monthly reports and quarter reports) on the development of the works – Work progress schedule with WBS – Monitoring of the financial resources of the project (Cash Flow), identification of potential markets, signal and/or prevention against cost increases Negotiation of claims and Assistance during the resolution of disputes even on international fields (FIDIC contracts) – Assistance with the tests on completion – Health and Safety Risk Audit Coordination under Legislative Decree 81/08.
